Tasting coffees from different origins also reveals how each bean behaves and helps us build blends with a clear purpose.

The Story Behind BachCoffee
Bach came to coffee from a very different starting point: biotechnology. At the time, coffee was not part of a planned career.
Years of work and travel through Vietnam’s coffee-growing regions gradually brought him closer to the bean. What began as curiosity became an important part of both his work and his life.
The BachCoffee Journey
1997
A background in biotechnology marked the beginning of years spent learning about and working with coffee.
The Years That Followed
Travelling through Di Linh, Lang Biang, Chu Se, Dak Doa and Buon Ma Thuot deepened Bach’s understanding of the diversity of Vietnamese coffee.
Learning from Every Bean
Each place gave its coffee a distinct character. Observing harvests, raw materials and flavour gradually became part of how Bach approached coffee.
After 16 Years
Experience with green coffee showed how soil, climate and elevation create markedly different profiles, shaping an approach to blending and flavour development.
2013
BachCoffee was founded to continue that journey and bring the values of Vietnamese coffee closer to customers in Vietnam and abroad.

Alongside traditional coffee, we offer Decaf Coffee Beans and White Coffee for different ways of enjoying coffee.
Medium Roast is used across many products to preserve a balanced expression of aroma, coffee flavour and finish.
